Introduction: The automatic powder batching system mainly selects the most suitable feeding mechanism according to the characteristics of all materials involved in the proportioning, determines the arrangement of the raw material storage bin according to the total number of all formulas, and determines whether a metering bin meets the requirements of the metering regulations according to the maximum and minimum formula quantities in the formula. Description of the process flow of the automatic powder batching system:
1. Set the parameters of the system program;
2. Manually feed the small bag feeding station or unload the large bag opening station;
3. The vacuum conveying equipment sucks the material from the small bag feeding station or the large bag opening station to the weighing and metering tank;
4. The weighing and metering tank is filled with materials or the weight of the materials reaches the set value, and the vacuum conveying equipment stops;
5. The spiral feeding system accurately releases the materials in the weighing and metering tank according to the pre-set value
The composition of the powder batching and conveying system, the system mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Small bag feeding station: Pour the materials in the bag into a box manually. When in use, open the door of the feeding port, open the material packaging, and put all the materials into the feeding station in turn. Press the start button of the feeding station, the vacuum pump starts to work, and after the negative pressure is generated, the materials are pumped into the vacuum conveying cylinder through the pipeline.
2. Vacuum conveying equipment: The vacuum pump generates vacuum through compressed air, and the material enters the cylinder of the powder conveying equipment through the suction pipe, and the filter blocks the material in the cylinder of the powder conveying equipment to ensure that the material does not enter the vacuum pump.
3. Weighing and metering tank: It is a stainless steel thin-walled container. The selected stainless steel plate and stainless steel special welding materials are in line with relevant national standards. The entire tank is smooth, free of hanging materials, no dead corners, light weight, and easy to clean. The modular weighing unit is selected, which is easy to disassemble and can realize the online measurement of the discharge volume.
4. Metering screw: The screw is driven to rotate by the speed reduction variable frequency motor to push the material forward. The conveying capacity is guaranteed by the screw stroke, diameter and speed.
