1. Before use, an empty running test should be carried out. Before the test, the tightness of all the connectors of the high-speed mixer and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked first, and then the main power switch should be closed, the power should be turned on, and an empty running test should be carried out.
2. Press the safety protection switch by hand, and then press the green start switch. Pay attention to the direction of the motor (clockwise rotation). If the direction is reversed, please press the red switch to stop and turn off the power, and swap the position of any two phase lines.
3. Empty running test. The high-speed mixer can be put into production only when no abnormal abnormal noise, high heat of the bearing gear, and increased temperature of the reducer are found.
4. After confirming that the direction of the high-speed mixer motor is correct, it can be put into production normally. Please set the time according to the mixing time required for different materials (the timer is adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) for production use.
5. During use, if you need to scrape the material on the inner wall of the high-speed mixer, use wooden or plastic tools, and never use your hands to avoid hand injuries.
6. If the machine vibrates or makes unusual noises during use, the high-speed mixer should be shut down immediately for a comprehensive inspection.
7. Do not use too large a load. Generally, it is measured by the load of the high-speed mixer motor. The heavy-load current of a 380V motor when mixing plastics is normal if it does not exceed the rated current of the motor. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be reduced.
8. Managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control system and operating principle of the high-speed mixer. Do not leave the work place during operation to prevent failures and damage to parts, and ensure safe production as a prerequisite.
