The vacuum feeder uses a vortex air pump or a roots blower to extract air, so that the suction nozzle inlet and the entire system are in a certain negative pressure state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with the outside air to form a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe to reach the hopper, and the air and material are separated in the hopper. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding-discharging is completed by the continuous opening and closing of the pneumatic reversing valve, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic reversing valve is controlled by the control system. The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air back-blowing device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse back-blowing filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to ensure that the suction can operate normally. For the vacuum feeder with material level control, the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment is automatically fed through the material level meter. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops and enters the standby state: when the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
