Working principle
The core of the screw feeder is a screw conveying device. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:
- Screw conveying: The motor drives the screw conveying shaft to rotate through the coupling, and the raw materials are gradually pushed forward from the hopper through the rotation of the screw conveying shaft.
- Feeding pipe conveying: The raw materials are pushed by the spiral blades in the feeding pipe, and are continuously conveyed forward with the rotation of the blades, and finally reach the target hopper.
