Powder Materal Automatic Compounding Production Line

The system is mainly used for the transportation of powder materials. It can adopt negative pressure, positive pressure (dilute phase, dense phase), metering (main material, auxiliary material), mixing, and centralized storage. It can also use negative pressure or screw transportation according to the on-site conditions to distribute the materials to each machine hopper. The whole process is centrally controlled by PLC and can be centrally monitored on the host recorder.

The system can achieve an annual production capacity of 2,000-100,000 tons according to the production process requirements of the customer and the current status of the factory.
